How we hire
Recruiting processes can feel impersonal and one-sided. We’d like to get to know you, and for you to get to know us. Here’s an overview of a typical interview loop.
1. Discovery call
Within a week of applying, our hiring team will come back to you with feedback. We will schedule a short call if your application suggests that you could be a good fit for the position. During the call we want to learn about you and your matching skills. This is also a chance for you to get familiar with the role, the team and our company culture.
2. Meet the hiring manager
In this meeting you and your future manager take a deeper dive into your background, work experience, skills and qualifications - this is your time to shine! You will also learn more about the scope of the position, your impact, responsibilities and your future team.
3. Show us your skills
To see you in action, we will give you a task that reflects the typical daily challenges related to your position. For business roles, this might be a presentation on a specific topic or assessment of your language skills. For technical roles, this always is a technical assignment, such as a coding task or a questionnaire.
4. Welcome on board!
By this stage we are mutually convinced that Exeon is the right place for you, and you will get a call from your future team lead with the job offer. After finalizing the details such as your starting date, we start the onboarding process and introduce you to the rest of the team.
