What your impact will be like:

As IT allrounder you will be part of our Operations team but you will be working closely with various team members across the company. Your main responsibilities will be threefold:

•  Internal IT and IT support:

  • Setting up computers for new employees (Windows environment) and taking care of their IT onboarding.

  • First and second level IT support for our employees.

  • Implementation of new tools, improvement of existing tools and processes (Sharepoint, One Drive, service management tool or similar).

  • Responsibility for inventorying existing IT equipment and ordering new IT equipment.

• Further develop and maintain our customer service management tool. You would be an integral part of our customer service management tool team who introduces new workflows and features to the tool and supports the tool’s users if needed.

• Support our IT security management team in upholding high security standards.

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who’s comfortable in a high-paced scale-up environment and who shares our values. In addition, we are looking for certain requirements and skills to establish a good person-job-fit: 

• Du hast eine hohe Affinität für IT und kreatives Geschick, um schnell Lösungen für IT-Probleme zu finden (einfach neu starten ist nicht immer die Antwort 😉).

• Idealerweise bringst du erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der IT-Administration mit.

• Vielleicht studierst du an einer Fachhochschule und möchtest praktische Erfahrung sammeln.

• Du interessierst dich für Cybersecurity und möchtest mit MS-Office-Tools informative technische Unterlagen erstellen.

• Kenntnisse in Python, CSS oder HTML sind ein Plus.

• Du kommunizierst gut, bist zuverlässig, organisierst dich selbstständig und hast Lust, von verschiedenen Teams bei Exeon zu lernen und mit ihnen zusammenzuarbeiten.

• Du sprichst fließend Englisch – Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Bonus.
