What your impact will be like:  

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital strategy and execution. In this role, you will manage and further develop our newly launched website, own and optimize our SEO, SEM, and SEA initiatives. You will drive top and mid-funnel performance through integrated digital campaigns. 

You’ll develop targeted approaches for our key accounts and run digital campaigns via social media, paid search and third-party platforms. As the owner of all digital channels, you’ll use data, tools, and creativity to strengthen our brand presence and feed high-quality leads into our pipeline.  

In particular, your responsibilities will entail: 

  • Website Management: Maintain and evolve our website to ensure top performance, excellent UX, and conversion optimization 

  • SEO / SEA / SEM: Own and execute strategies for organic and paid search to boost visibility and drive qualified traffic 

  • Target Account Strategy: Define and implement digital targeting approaches to engage high-value accounts (ABM) 

  • Social Media: Own and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, including planning, content, and performance tracking 

  • Digital Campaigns: Plan and run paid and third-party campaigns that support our growth and brand objectives 

  • Performance Marketing: Optimize campaigns across channels based on performance data, A/B testing and insights 

  • Funnel Ownership: Drive top and mid-funnel performance, ensuring effective lead generation and nurturing via HubSpot 

  • Collaboration: Align closely with partner marketing, product marketing and event marketing to ensure consistent messaging and campaign impact 

  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on digital performance using marketing tools and dashboards, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Job requirements

What makes a good person-job fit: 

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual who’s comfortable in a high-paced start-up environment. In addition, we are looking for certain requirements and skills to establish a good person-job fit:   

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity 

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, SEO/SEA, and managing paid campaigns across digital platforms 

  • Skilled in working with HubSpot, marketing automation, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools 

  • Hands-on experience with website management and optimization (e.g. WordPress) 

  • A strategic mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing and continuous improvement 

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German 

  • A proactive, collaborative team player with strong ownership and drive
