About Exeon
Exeon is a Swiss cyber security company based in Zurich. Since 2016, we have been protecting critical infrastructures, financial institutions and enterprises whose operations fully rely on IT through AI-powered analysis of network communication. This makes the most sophisticated cyberattacks visible – attacks conventional tools fail to detect. We combine Swiss excellence with a flexible, remote-first, and collaborative culture, supporting passionate, ambitious professionals devoted to solving cybersecurity challenges and driving continuous innovation.
What your impact will be like:
As a Senior Frontend Developer at Exeon, you will be responsible for our UEBA (User and Entity Behaviour Analytics) product. You will work in a small cross-functional team of backend engineers, frontend engineers and quality assurance engineers on a data-heavy single-page application that enterprise customers use to analyze network traffic and identify potential security risks. This data is rendered as tables, graphs and dashboards. You will build out the frontend alongside our frontend engineers, while also helping to shape the overall UI and UX of the product and take its appearance and functionality to the next level.
In particular, you will:
Develop and maintain front-end components for Exeon's UEBA product, an enterprise data analysis SPA built with React with emphasis on responsive design, performance optimization and code quality (unit and integration tests).
Translate complex user and entity behavior data and network security insights into intuitive visual representations (tables, graphs, dashboards), applying strong information architecture and UX principles.
Handle large datasets and optimize frontend rendering to ensure responsive, performant user interfaces, even when working with complex data visualizations.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity while maintaining high standards of code quality, testing, security, and architectural consistency.
Integrate with the UEBA backend APIs, ensuring efficient data fetching, transformation, and state management.
Shape the UEBA product's UI/UX by contributing to design decisions and driving improvements in collaboration with engineers and other stakeholders, bringing independent thinking to the team.
Drive technical excellence through code reviews and knowledge-sharing, and contribute to UEBA roadmap priorities from a frontend perspective.
What you can expect from us:
Exeon offers an open company culture that values and encourages diversity, teamwork and a growth mindset. Our goal is to provide our employees with an exciting, supportive and motivating environment for personal growth and career development while ensuring that our team maintains a healthy work-life balance. We strive to achieve this by offering:
An exciting and impactful job in a fast-growing Swiss cyber tech company expanding across Europe with manifold opportunities to shape your professional profile.
Working in close collaboration with our interdisciplinary team and learning from our Security Experts, Data Scientists, and Business Professionals.
Taking over responsibilities quickly and help shape and promote a cutting-edge security software.
A high degree of trust, independence and flexibility, also in terms of working hours and place of work (remote or in the office).
A competitive salary and appealing benefits package.

Experience writing automated frontend tests, ideally using React Testing Library and Jest.
A good understanding of Linux and Docker, with the ability to independently manage development environments and VMs.
